Forklift Operator

• Helps maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product to final destination.
• Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Physically transfer items to and from bin locations.
• Regularly cycle count inventory, unloads, and performs physical count and initial inspection of items received, Assist in yearend stock count.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
• Continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job
• Verify RAW oil weight entering and leaving production rooms
• Locates and packs materials for shipping.
• Help with loading of outgoing shipments.
• Experience working with MHE, (material handling equipment) understand warehouse capacity requirements, building, loading, and delivery principals, FIFO (First in First Out) and logistic principals.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is essential
• Previous experience operating a forklift.
• SAP would be a distinct advantageous.
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines.
• Process improvement mindset
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Ability to lift heavy materials.
