We want you to become the best version of yourself.Join us as an Indirect Channel ManagerReporting to the Head of Sales - The Indirect Channel Manager is a position that is responsible for the delivery of margin targets across all assisted Franchise and Partner channels.The primary role of the candidate will be to deliver the sales & margin targets for the channels but also to manage & grow Three's footprint exponentially across current and new Partner channels. This will be achieved through deciding on new & existing partner volume commitments, with recommendations of terms, growth and expansion areas and partner contractual terms.The Indirect Channel Manager is a key stakeholder supporting commercial sales, proposition meetings, and CVM making sure all future sales and retention activity is fit for purpose across the Franchise and Partner channels. Delivering true commercial growth is at the heart of this role.What else it involvesDeliver Sales & Financial Performance
  • Accountability for overall performance for each Franchise Owner & our Indirect Partner portfolio both from a sales and P&L perspective.
  • Work with the Retail and Franchise Execution lead to forecast monthly sales on an annual and quarterly basis, ensuring plans are in place to deliver sales numbers and contingencies are available should performance fall below expectations.
  • Fully responsible for agreeing, communicating and delivering all Sales KPI's across the Franchise and Indirect Partner Channel.
  • Contribute to and create incentive programs across all Franchise and Indirect Partner channels to increase performance while maintaining the highest level of customer experience.
  • Consistently search for ways to improve sales conversions, work with learning and development teams to create best in class selling behaviours across the channels.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
Work internally with key commercial and finance stakeholders to deliver channel goals and strategic objectives.Grow the Indirect Partner Channel
  • Growing our potential customer base in the Partner Channel Sales Function by developing relationships with Indirect Partner Retailers.
  • Strengthen existing channel relationships to foster mutual success.
  • Utilize account planning and white space analysis to support channel pipeline growth.
  • The role will require travel around Ireland to ensure program message is delivered and sales/relationships are of highest quality.
  • Develop and implement robust commissions structures to drive the right sales behaviour and margin performance.
Building Strong Relationships
  • Build relationship with each of our channel groups, which challenges and supports our partners in equal measure utilising the insight and experience of the Three business alongside their local and channel specific knowledge
  • Become a true “business partner” to our Franchise Principals, working collaboratively with them to devise and implement strategies and tactics that will drive their business to the mutual benefit of the Franchise Principle and Three
  • Full accountability for the all-contract negotiations, maintenance, reviews, updates, addendums, and revisions.
  • Ensure the contract is implemented successfully on behalf of Three Ireland and delivers on all business goals.
  • Fully accountable for managing the relationship between Three Ireland and the key strategic retail channels and is the primary contact for key stakeholders within each of the key strategic retail partners.
Responsibilities

  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue, and overall profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts * Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key commercial and finance stakeholders to deliver channel goals and strategic objectives.The skills we're looking for
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential with evidence of a proactive approach and creditable outcomes
  • Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment to strict timeline.
  • The individual should be innovative and entrepreneurial, making clear recommendations and influence people to execute and deliver within clear timescales.
  • In-depth understanding of the Telecoms market, our competitors, and commercial drivers and therefore, uses market context analysis to help inform the plan.
  • An excellent collaborator who is comfortable holding others to account and working in an agile way.
