About UsFlight Club Dublin has recently opened its first venue in the centre of Dublin, and we are looking for a talented Bar Manager to help deliver an unforgettable beverage experience to our customers.The JobSupporting the General Manager and AGM in leading the venue both operationally and from a people perspective, your key responsibilities will be to:· Compile an exciting and imaginative beverage menu, with a strong focus on cocktails in line with currentmarket trends· Identify recruitment needs, advertise, interview, recruit and induct new team members for the bar team.· Assist the GM on ensuring business and personal objectives are implemented and reviewed on regularbasis within the team.· Manage the day to day operations of the bar, stock control, ordering and obtaining agreed beverage GP's· To deal with employees’ schedule changes, absences, replacements, to ensure the bar is suitable staffedat all times. Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times, anddeliver a spectacular customer experience..
