Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a relaxing experience.
To deal politely and efficiently with all guests queries & reservations.
Provide explanation of the vitality suite facilities and details of the treatments available to guests.
To sell spa availability to achieve maximum occupancy.

The ideal Candidate:

At least 12 months previous experience in a previous receptionist role
Warm, friendly, positive personality with a genuine interest in guest care
Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed
Good communication skills required
Organisational skills are a must
