Salary from €50,000 DOEWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager on behalf of our client based in Drogheda to oversee a portfolio of residential apartment developments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with OMC directors, homeowners, and residents to ensure smooth operations and consistently high service standards across each community.Salary & Benefits:From €50,000 depending on experienceTravel expenses coveredGenerous holiday entitlementSupportive and positive working environmentClear opportunities for career growth and progressionOn-site parking and sick payStrong support from management, communications, and finance teamsKey Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of residential apartment blocksBuild and maintain strong working relationships with OMC directorsPrepare and oversee service charge budgets and sinking fundsWork with the communications team on resident updates and feedback surveysCoordinate contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standardCarry out financial and administrative duties using Blockman or similar softwarePrepare Directors' Reports using established company templatesRequirements:Minimum 3 years' experience working with OMCsPSRA D Licence or relevant property qualificationFull driving licence and access to an insured vehicleExcellent customer service, communication, and organisational skillsConfident using technology and capable of managing budgets effectivelyFor more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Erna Tupaz or call Osborne Recruitment on 041 986 5058.
