- Reporting to the HESQ Consultancy Manager, the Mobile HSE Advisor will be responsible for providing professional, practical Health, Safety & Environmental support to client sites, assisting with compliance, continuous improvement, and the promotion of best practice.
- This is a highly client-facing role, suited to someone confident in engaging with stakeholders, building relationships, and influencing positive safety culture.
- Develop, review, and maintain Safety Statements, Risk Assessments, and HSE procedures
- Provide ongoing HSE advice and support across multiple client sites
- Support the maintenance and development of ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 within an Integrated Management System
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and accident/incident investigations
- Prepare Health & Safety documentation for projects, including PSDP / PSCS requirements
- Ensure contractor safety management arrangements are in place and monitored
- Deliver HSE training including manual handling, DSE, fire safety, and H&S for managers and supervisors
- Liaise closely with clients, senior management, facilities, technical, and administrative teams
- Prepare clear, professional HSEQ reports for both internal stakeholders and clients
- Maintain accurate records in line with legislative and company requirements
- Excellent knowledge & experience of Irish Health & Safety legislation
- Degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in a similar HSE or advisory role
- Experience working with management systems (ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001)
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- IOSH membership (or working towards) or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Work within a Facilities Management organisation with exposure to multiple industries
