Onboarding, training, and coaching BDRs to develop their inside sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting.Performance Management:
Monitoring BDR performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve their effectiveness and productivity.Sales Process Development:
Working with the sales team to develop and refine sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.Lead Generation:
Identifying and generating leads through various channels, including online marketing, events, and referrals.Revenue Generation:
Driving revenue growth by ensuring BDRs are effectively closing deals and meeting their sales targets.Training and Development:
Developing and delivering training programs to enhance BDR skills and knowledge.Collaboration:
Partnering with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align sales efforts and achieve business objectives.Skills and QualificationsLeadership: Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a small team of BDR professionals internationally (ideally globally).Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales and sales management, ideally within a B2B or cybersecurity context.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Security products and services.Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the cybersecurity market and trends.Training and Development: Experience in developing and delivering training programs.CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.Company Benefits and Perks:We believe that the best solutions are developed by teams who embrace each other's unique experiences, skills, and abilities.
