- Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level
- Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place
- Carry out monthly valuations including forecasting
- Update and manage tender register & work programmes and liaise with clients
- Help ensure that commercial processes are adhered to across the business unit
- Actively seek to improve processes and procedures
- Managing confidential information safely using IMS processes
- Assist with contract reviews and client liaison
- Ensure that good client relationships are fostered
- Assist with subcontract letting, negotiation and financial accounting
- Assisting the commercial team, including buyer (or purchaser) and accounts staff
- Ensure effective interaction between the commercial team and the operational site teams
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying in related field
- Minimum of 1 year's work experience in the Civils Industry would be an advantage
- Proficient in Excel, word, Project & Adobe
- Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
