With decades of experience in the market, they have successfully helped thousands of clients achieve their homeownership goals and are recognised as one of the leading mortgage brokerages in the country.They pride themselves on offering a professional, customer-first service and providing their advisors with the tools, training, and environment needed to excel.Role OverviewAs a Mortgage Advisor with our client, you will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to sale-agreed and loan offer stage, before handing over to the completions team. Alongside mortgage advice, you will also be responsible for selling life cover and ensuring all recommendations meet the client's needs and comply with policy and credit criteria.This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage professional who thrives in a brokerage environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and can deliver in a target-driven, high-trust setting.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full mortgage process from enquiry to sale-agreed and loan offer stage, then hand over to the completions team.
  • Conduct detailed client assessments to understand mortgage requirements and financial goals.
  • Recommend tailored mortgage solutions, ensuring all advice complies with policy, credit criteria, and regulatory requirements.
  • Sell and advise on life cover as part of the client's financial package.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and applications.
  • Keep up to date with mortgage market changes, lender policies, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure the best client outcomes.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) - mandatory.
  • Proven mortgage broker experience within a brokerage environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage credit policy, lending criteria, and mortgage products.
  • Experience managing the full mortgage process from enquiry to loan offer.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Benefits & Package
  • Base salary: €57,500
  • On-target earnings: €80,000+
  • 23 days annual leave.
