- Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering Mechanical projects, overseeing the entire process from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Experience in managing combined Mechanical/Electrical projects is advantageous.
- Possess commercial and contractual competency with a solid understanding of project Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Exhibit proven abilities in managing an existing core cross-functional team and fostering team development.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience is required.
- Essential qualification from a relevant third-level institution (Mechanical/Building Services Engineering).
- Strong IT skills are essential, along with proficiency in programs including CSA activities.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
