- Preparation and review of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets for each division.
- Ensure that all financial information is accurate, consistent, and compliant with accounting principles and relevant regulations.
- Participation in the completion of audit engagements and compliance requirements, including the IFRS transition.
- Completion of annual statutory audit and Ireland financial compliance is a necessity.
- Month-end entries and allocations: GL reconciliations, journal entry booking, and salary/department cost allocations.
- Accruals and provisions: Manage bonuses/commissions accruals and AFDA provisions for bad debts.
- Payroll and tax reporting: Prepare payroll reports and tax/transfer pricing entries.
- Financial reconciliations: Finalize monthly entries, reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts.
- P&L Analysis and FS Preparation: Analyze Profit and Loss statements and prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- MD result review and process improvements: Provide controller insights, improve processes, and document financial procedures.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, comparing actual performance vs. budget and providing variance analysis.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to support divisional performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather data, track KPIs, and deliver financial insights.
- Cash flow reporting and analysis.
- MBR deck preparation.
- Churn reporting.
- AR/AP oversight.

- Tax and annual account filing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS).
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English is essential.
