Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools. Perform welding tasks using different processes, such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Welding, depending on project requirements. Inspect welded joints to ensure structural soundness and quality standards. Repair and maintain metal structures, machinery, and components as needed. Measure and cut materials according to specifications before welding. Follow strict health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Welder or similar role. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices. Good physical condition and manual dexterity. Welding certification (e.g., ISO 9606, AWS, or equivalent) is a plus. Experience working in high-volume production environments. Familiarity with CNC cutting machines or automated welding systems (desirable) Basic knowledge of metallurgy and different material properties.
