- Fulfil role of contract manager for Mainstream’s global online legal compliance platform. Manage a HSE legal register for activities in Dublin and ensure Mainstream maintain compliance with all applicable HSE legislation and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and manage HSE e-learning modules and e-learning platform for the global HSE team and evolve Mainstream’s training registers to meet industry best practice.
- Develop annual HSE training plans for Dublin office and ensure compliance with the plan. Support Mainstream as a learning organisation by managing documented information of all training records on an online platform.
- Develop and run an annual occupational wellness program for Mainstream.
- Responsible for ergonomic assessment program and training for Mainstream staff.
- Facilitate Safety Committee meetings & updating of Safety Statement
- Develop and maintain a library of HSE Country Risk Profile Papers to support Mainstream’s international travel risk management strategy.
- Review, validate and provide analysis of HSE event reporting data, developing systems to identify safety-related trends.
- Create alerts, communications, monitor performance from global hubs and projects, and share lessons learnt and best practices using or developing company systems and technology as part of MRP continuous improvement.
- Maintain HSE software tools with IS team, including Power Bi and Power Apps. Explore opportunities for technological innovation that will improve the delivery of the HSE program.
- Monitor the day-to-day HSE budget, maintain a HSE accruals register and prepare monthly budget update for the HSSE manager.
- Liaise with other Mainstream departments, building management company and external stakeholders (EPA, HSA, building management company, certifying bodies, industry associations) on HSE matters.
- Help drive employee engagement and participation with the HSE department and associated initiatives, best practices using or developing company systems and technology as part of MRP continuous improvement.
- Travel to hub and new markets as necessary to support local HSE teams and facilitate and monitor the implementation of Group HSSE strategy.
- Support early-stage development projects (Offshore) with policies, safety plans.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in development, construction & operation of large-scale utility renewable energy projects highly desirable.
- Minimum 4 years working in an international company
- Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Quick response and proactive mindset to drive results
- Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others.
- Good personal organization including tasks scheduling, planning, and time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

- Proficient with computer-based tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Project and Visio, among others
