- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, welcoming guests on arrival and thanking them on departure.
- Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring all set-up is completed to the required standards.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of food and drink menus, including daily specials, allergens, and wine offerings, with the ability to make recommendations to guests.
- Follow hotel procedures for the service of food and beverages, including accurate billing, receipts, and charge signing where applicable.
- Comply fully with food hygiene, health & safety, and fire safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant during and after service, including resetting for the next service period.
- Participate in training as required and work in line with company standards and policies.
- A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a high volume/fast paced Food & Beverage environment isdesirable.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to a long-term career in the field.
- Team player with the ability to multi task and have excellent presentation skills with a fine eye for detail.
- Excellent personal presentation/grooming to represent our brand professionally at all times.
- A true people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
- A warm, friendly, positive, and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Be adaptable and willing to work a variety of shifts, including midweek, late evenings & weekends as per operational requirements.
- Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
