As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of presentation throughout the hotel by carrying out painting and decorating tasks across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You’ll be working as part of a supportive and experienced maintenance team in a busy hotel environment.Responsibilities will include:
- Carry out interior and exterior painting, decorating, and minor repair work
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and safe after tasks are completed
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Liaise with other departments to minimize disruption to guests
- Assist the wider maintenance team with general upkeep as needed
- Proven experience as a painter (hotel or commercial setting preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Good time management skills
