• Plan and deliver global and regional events, including tradeshows and corporate programs.
• Manage logistics: registration, vendors, shipping, booth assets, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event campaigns, lead management, and reporting.
• Maintain event templates, timelines, and drive process improvements.

• 2–4 years’ experience in event marketing or operations.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and event management tools.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
