The Hub Bike For Life Ltd is seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join our specialist production and repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for precision fabrication and welding of custom metal components, with a focus on alloy and carbon steel frames for performance and bespoke projects. This is a high-specification fabrication role requiring the ability to interpret technical drawings, isometric schematics, and customer specifications to produce components to exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: Fabrication of structural and performance frames using alloy and carbon steel. Precision welding and finishing in accordance with international quality standards. Interpretation and application of isometric drawings, blueprints, and CAD files. Carrying out structural repairs, reinforcement work, and component modification to customer specification. Operating workshop fabrication equipment including TIG/MIG welders, cutting tools, and jigs. Conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. Requirements: 2-3 years' experience with MIG/TIG Recognised qualification in metal fabrication, welding, or related engineering discipline is desirable Proven experience in fabrication and welding, ideally within a precision engineering or custom manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and isometric diagrams. Familiarity with lightweight alloy and carbon steel structural applications.
