Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doIn this role, you will be a highly visible and independent thought leader and operator playing a key role in scaling the Sales Strategy & Ops team. You will work on topics that range from transformational sales strategy to the nuts and bolts of sales operations. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.You will work closely with EMEA Sales Development Leadership to set sales strategy and medium/long term goals for the Sales Development EMEA business. You will then lead the execution of many of these initiatives, supporting them with ad hoc reporting and analysis along the way.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Sales Strategy & OperationsResponsibility:Business Partner for the AVP of EMEA Sales Development to drive pipeline growth in the regionUse CRM tools to drive technical analysis of pipeline, sales and activity performance to determine insights that drive decisionsAnalyze business drivers, trends and operating metrics to drive actionable insightsCollects and analyzes applicable data and other information, considering additional factors as appropriate, before making recommendations and/or decisionsDevelop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall region health and other key objectivesDetermines how to structure and approach decisions of moderate complexityWork closely with the members of the EMEA Sales Development team to ensure we are capturing and surfacing the best data and information to make optimal business decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally within the Sales Operations organization to ensure consistent reporting standards and processesEstablish KPIs and measure / monitor performance for the EMEA Sales Development teamSupport day-to-day inquiries from the EMEA Sales Development team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a range of issuesPrepare presentations and communicate findings from initiatives to management and broader organizationAppropriately recognizes shifts in priorities and other changes that impact own work and adjusts accordingly without prompting from othersAble to assume stretch responsibilities and participate in special projects that advance the function or the team's capabilitiesJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.   • BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Strategy Operations role
  • Deep experience with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau
  • Have wide-ranging experience; uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Have wide-ranging experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Preferred:
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail with advanced Excel and Tableau skills
  • Prior exposure to high-growth work environments, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles are all highly desirable
  • Experience working closely with senior Sales Development leaders
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and self confidence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accountable, goal-oriented team player
