Dublin – Hybrid WorkingRole Overview
You will be responsible for defining and delivering the architectural vision for large, complex solutions in a highly regulated environment. This role requires a strong background in Software Engineering & DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery frameworks.Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the architectural vision for enterprise-scale solutions
- Design robust, scalable, and secure systems aligned with business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across development and DevOps teams
- Ensure best practices in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management
- 10+ years experience in Software Engineering with 3+ years experience in an Architecture role
- Strong experience in DevOps and automation tools, including: Ansible, Jenkins, Git, BitBucket, Maven
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as: JIRA, Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
- Strong experience in the Financial Services sector
- Proficiency in Shell scripting
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience designing cloud-native or distributed systems
- Exposure to containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
