- Drive new business acquisition across the Nordic market by identifying and engaging prospective advertisers
- Act as the first point of contact for new clients, setting them up for success from day one
- Consult with businesses to understand their commercial objectives and translate them into effective marketing campaigns
- Provide data-driven insights and optimisation recommendations (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Work toward quarterly targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and drive overall performance
- 1+ year experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales, account management, digital marketing)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS)
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Fluent in English + one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, and tech
- Competitive salary + OTE (~€60K)
