- Produce quotations and manage price discussions
- Target and secure new B2B hardware and trade customers
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with retailers and trade buyers
- Deliver on regional sales objectives through structured territory planning
- Expand and retain existing customer accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Maintain consistent call coverage within the assigned region
- Support strong in-store merchandising and product placement
- Provide technical guidance and after-sales assistance
- Coordinate with internal departments on orders and logistics
- Keep CRM data and sales activity reports current
- Monitor competitor activity and report market feedback
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and client events
- Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally
- Proven B2B field sales background in hardware, construction, or engineering markets
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and CRM tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solution-focused approach to customer needs
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with internal teams
