This is a genuine opportunity to step into a well-established desk with active roles, existing clients and a strong candidate pipeline, allowing you to earn commission early and build long-term success.We're a specialist construction recruitment business with a strong reputation and long-standing client relationships across Ireland.This role will suit an experienced recruiter or a strong sales professional ready to move into recruitment who enjoys ownership of their desk, values quality relationships, and wants to see their effort directly rewarded.The Role:You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
Business development and client relationship management
Managing live roles across the construction sector
Candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement
Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
With a live desk and active workload in place, you'll be set up to make an impact quickly.What we're looking for:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a target-driven sales role
A strong commercial mindset and confidence developing new business
Someone who is proactive, resilient and motivated by results
Strong administration, organisation and IT skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
