Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of our well-established clients in Killarney.Your main responsibilities in this role will be to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food and beverage standards, and exceptional guest experiences in a busy bar & restaurant environment.REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure full compliance.
Financial management expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory oversight.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Ability to support menu planning, promotional initiatives, and operational improvements.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth daily operations and overall profitability.

PACKAGE ON OFFER

Competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 Per Annum depending on experience.
