- Empower individuals as a keyworker, helping them identify and achieve personal goals in employment, education, and social inclusion.
- Facilitate community engagement by supporting people to build friendships, access activities, and develop natural support networks.
- Innovate & problem-solve by exploring assistive technology and creative solutions to enhance independence.
- Collaborate with families & local services to create sustainable, person-cantered support plans.
- Lead by example in promoting dignity, choice, and active citizenship for the people we support.
- Qualification: Degree in Social Care or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years in disability/social care (open to relevant transferable skills).
- Driver’s License: Full clean license (required for community-based support).
- Experience with autism, intellectual disability, or acquired brain injury.
- Training in Low Arousal Approaches, Positive Behaviour Support, or Person-Cantered Planning.
- Passion for community development, advocacy, or assistive technology.
