- Review candidate files and ensure all required documentation is present and complete
- Collect and verify employment history and background information
- Validate supporting documents including employment references, gap evidence, and identification documentation
- Follow established procedures to ensure all files meet compliance and audit standards
- Contact candidates to request missing information or documentation where required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems and trackers
- Escalate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information to senior team members
- Support the team in processing high volumes of verification checks within required timelines
- Ensure all files are maintained in a structured and audit-ready format
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Comfortable working with documentation and data
- Strong communication skills when liaising with candidates and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Highly organised and methodical
- Comfortable working with structured processes
- Reliable and responsible with confidential information
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality
