- Work closely with the Commercial team to manage invoicing process through to final cash collection.
- Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Prepare VAT reconciliations and submit returns.
- Play a key role in supporting the upcoming ERP implementation project and other strategic initiatives.
- Administer all aspects of the Company Pension Scheme.
- Contribute to the cyclical Budget and Forecast processes.
- Assist with the annual audit process, including preparation of documentation and responding to auditor queries.
- Provide support to the Finance Controller on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Carry out other finance and administrative duties as required.
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3-5 years proven experience in a finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practice.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with financial/ERP systems desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
