This role is for an experienced Mortgage Advisor in a dynamic mortgage brokerage, supporting clients with property purchases and mortgage switches. As part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, and be adept at managing a client portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients on available mortgage options, offering personalised advice.
Manage the full mortgage process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up on applications with various providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Track and manage new business pipelines to ensure timely progress on applications.
Coordinate with clients and lenders throughout the mortgage completion process.
Maintain comprehensive, compliant client files and handle day-to-day administrative inquiries.
Support all aspects of new business processing and existing client reviews.
Keep the CRM system updated to reflect accurate client and business pipeline information.
Handle general office and administrative tasks, with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities to support business growth.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a mortgage advisory or similar financial advisory role.
QFA / APA Qualified
In-depth knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, products, and lending criteria.
Experience liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other third-party providers in the mortgage process.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other mortgage processing software.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in guiding clients through complex financial decisions.
