- Accurate recordkeeping, use of dental software (Exact / Dentally).
- Supporting onboarding and integration of patients in a warm and professional way.
- Collaborating with the wider team of nurses, dentists, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Qualified Dental Nurse.
- Training in dental nursing, healthcare, or related fields is desirable.
- Minimum 3–6 months of experience in dental nursing or a similar clinical support role.
- Previous work in fast-paced clinical environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Exact dental software is desirable.
- Knowledge of infection control standards and chairside support procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility & Availability – ability to adapt to clinic rosters and cover different surgeries.
- Commitment & Reliability – punctual, dependable, and willing to stay longterm.
- Teamwork & Chemistry – ability to build trust with dentists and integrate with the team.
- PatientFocused Communication – empathy and professionalism when dealing with patients.
- Full-time role based at Truly Tullamore (Offaly)
- Shift pattern will involve rotation across early/late appointments to meet clinic hours; exact schedule to be agreed.
