You will support both our workshop technicians and customers by ensuring the efficient supply and management of vehicle parts.Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities
Accurately identify and supply parts to both trade and retail customers
Manage stock control, including goods in/out and inventory accuracy
Support workshop technicians by ensuring parts availability in a timely manner
Handle customer enquiries professionally—face-to-face, over the phone, and online
Maintain a well-organised, efficient, and compliant parts department
