Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role involves using best in class Customer Care practises in our E-commerce business to meet the needs of Millies customers.Primary Duties
- Respond to all customer touchpoints (email, whats app, social media and calls) pre and post order, within department target times. This will include general queries and also working through Millies Environ processes with customers through these channels.
- Log all contact within our systems
- Liase with our warehouse team on order status to ensure our delivery targets are met
- Environ Sales to meet department targets.
- Take all customer requests or issues through to resolution. And follow up with customers to ensure the customer has received the best possible service.
- Attend meetings with Customer Experience Manager regularly to ensure key targets are being met and on day-to-day events.
- Attend any training suggested that will help your role.
- All duties to be carried out with a sense of urgency to ensure that all aspects of your position are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
