A well-established residential developer is seeking to appoint a Customer Care / Finishing Coordinator to join their team on a large-scale housing development in Co. Louth.This is a key site-based role focused on the handover and post-completion phase, ensuring a high-quality finish across residential units and a positive experience for homebuyers.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homebuyers during the finishing and handover stages
  • Manage and coordinate snag lists, ensuring all items are completed to a high standard
  • Liaise with subcontractors, trades, and snagging teams to ensure timely completion of works
  • Work closely with site management to track progress and resolve outstanding issues
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and any challenges
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with company quality standards and timelines
  • Uploading Documents through various protals
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with purchasers throughout the process
Requirements
  • Background in construction, trades, or finishing roles (residential experience essential)
  • Experience working on housing developments or multi-unit residential projects
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
  • Good IT skills (reporting, tracking snags, communication)
  • Ability to manage multiple units and priorities simultaneously
