Duties include: developing and implementing commercial strategies to expand the company's client base within the professional cleaning sector, targeting offices, retail units, and commercial premises across Ireland; identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through market research, networking, and industry engagement; establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, negotiating service contracts and ensuring long-term partnerships; analysing market trends, competitor activity, and pricing structures to position the company competitively; preparing and presenting tailored service proposals aligned with client requirements and operational capabilities; collaborating with operational teams to ensure service delivery meets contractual expectations; monitoring sales performance and pipeline activity, implementing improvements to maximise revenue growth; supporting expansion into specialised cleaning segments such as medical, industrial, and high-compliance environments; contributing to strategic planning and sustainable business development; ensuring all commercial activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
