Job Description:Flexsource are currently recruiting for an exciting new role with our client, a global leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution, based in Donabate, Co. Dublin.Our client is seeking a Driver Helper to join their Delivery depot. This is a full-time position starting immediately and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a busy logistics operation.Key Responsibilities:

Assisting drivers with deliveries, including safe loading and unloading of vehicles
Supporting navigation and route planning during deliveries
Liaising with customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner
Reporting problems and recording delivery logs accurately
Supporting warehouse operations as required
Working effectively as part of a team and also on own initiative
Carrying out ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in distribution, warehousing, or transport is an advantage
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential
Flexibility to work early starts (when required on delivery routes)
Manual handling certification is an advantage (training can be provided)

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday
Standard warehouse shifts: 07:00 - 15:00
Early starts (between 03:00 - 06:00) required when supporting delivery routes

Pay & Benefits:

€14.70 per hour
Overtime available at €22.05 (time and a half)
Premium rate of €17.64 (20%)
Plus €0.50 meal allowance when out on the truck
