HR Partner - Dublin We are seeking an HR Partner to support the delivery of a high-quality HR service across a multi-site Irish operation. This role partners closely with senior leaders, providing expert guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, organisational change, and people initiatives. The ideal candidate is a confident HR generalist who builds strong stakeholder relationships, delivers pragmatic solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: WFH is available! 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off Company Pension Scheme Health Insurance Allowance Employer Paid Healthcare Cash Plan, incl. 3 x salary life assurance Annual Salary Review Enhanced Maternity Adoption and Paternity Pay Arrangements Refer a friend scheme Cycle to Work scheme, Tax Saver Commuter Tickets and Digital Gym Membership Key Responsibilities: HR Advisory & Partnering Provide consistent and accurate advice on HR policies and procedures Partner with senior leaders to support workforce planning, organisational alignment, and people strategy Support onboarding, talent acquisition, and the creation and improvement of HR policies Lead reward, recognition, and engagement initiatives Manage local benefits offerings and relationships with providers Champion employee wellness and engagement activities across sites Change Management & Workforce Planning Support organisational change including restructures, TUPE, acquisitions, and mobilisation projects Ensure people structures and data (e.g., HR systems) are accurate and aligned with plans and budgets Create and review job descriptions and conduct benchmarking Contribute to project plans and work collaboratively with HR colleagues Employee Relations Manage ER cases including performance, absence, probation, grievances, and disciplinaries Apply knowledge of Irish employment law (and ideally UK legislation) Escalate and track case progress and identify opportunities for policy or process improvement Support manager capability through training and coaching Reporting & Insights Prepare monthly HR reports covering metrics such as turnover, absence, and training Analyse trends and make data-driven recommendations to leadership Support KPI and SLA reporting in collaboration with the data and finance teams General Responsibilities Attend regular leadership meetings to provide HR updates Ensure compliance with policies across safeguarding, equality, H&S, and data protection Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder relationships Travel as required across Irish sites and occasionally to the UK Essential Requirements: CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or equivalent experience) Strong HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex ER cases Knowledge of Irish employment law Strong communication, influencing skills, and the ability to work independently Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident in decision-making Ability to travel across Ireland and for occasional UK visits Desirable: Understanding of Irish employment law Experience developing people initiatives across multiple locations
