• 9am - 5pm / Mon-Fri

• Manage and maintain referral files
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Handle family and patient queries with care and empathy
• Update and maintain the relevant database
• Ad-hoc admin duties supporting the team
• Liaise with external departments to secure services and clear wait lists

• 6+ months administrative experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver's license
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Immediate Availability
