
Personal Assistant - Temporary 2 months

- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to Senior Partner and team.
- Act as a key liaison between the Partner and internal/external stakeholders, managing relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Complex diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings internally or externally, events, and travel arrangements, all whilst tracking and coordinating.
- Screen and manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare high-quality documents including reports, presentations, proposals, meeting minutes.
- Liaise with other departments and manage any documentation, when required.
- Support financial reporting and collaborate with the Finance Team
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar high level PA or EA role, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Confident working independently and across multiple reporting lines.
- Experience with Tenders, AML processes, and client onboarding is highly desirable.
