StonemasonOne of Ireland's premier Fireplace suppliers is currently looking to add an experienced Marble/Stone worker to their skilled team based in a superb showroom and manufacturing facility in West Dublin. This is your chance to join a superb, long-established company in the luxury interiors industry and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and success.For you:
  • Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 DOE
  • Hours: 7:30am to 5pm (Mon to Fri) and 8:30am to 1pm (Sat)
  • Location: West Dublin
Your Role:
As a member of this industry-leading team, you will be involved in the following:
  • Working according to custom specifications (no two days will be the same!)
  • Accurately measuring stone, granite and marble
  • Operating Stone cutting and polishing machinery (Intermac/CNC)
  • Carrying out repairs to stone products with a variety of finishes
  • Operating a forklift to transport raw materials and finished products.
  • Heavy lifting will be involved frequently in this role, so physical fitness is required.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.
Your profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with granite, marble and stone products.
  • Demonstrable skill in measuring, layout, cutting, machine operation, polishing and material modification.
  • Experience in setting seams, stone repairs, material layout
  • A working knowledge of common tools used in the stonemasonry industry
  • A valid working permit to work in Ireland is essential
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential
  • Forklift licence (advantageous)
  • Safe Pass is required.
