Associate Talent Acquisition SpecialistAbout Your New EmployerThis Galway Medical Device company is now seeking a new TA for their Galway office, this is a temporary contract until February 2026.About Your New JobAs an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you partner directly with hiring managers to support selection and recruitment of professionals.

Involvement in Early Career recruitment & activities
Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates
Lead full cycle recruiting activities for Ireland Manufacturing and support portions of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to achieve business needs
Team player with a growth mindset and desire to share expertise with/learn from fellow team and wider colleagues.

What Skills You will Need:

Qualified to a bachelor's level 8 degree in a relevant field
A minimum 1-year relevant recruiting experience, recruiting high volume engineering / science roles is desirable but not essential
Experience with Workday Recruit desirable but not essential
Ability to work in a team environment and the ability to use your own initiative
