- Assist with patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist with daily day to day tasks, heating and serving meals in accordance with dietary requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and health care team members.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Light Housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning and tiding to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Assist with mobility issues, such as transferring, walking or using mobility aids.
- Relevant healthcare qualification - QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Care of the older person and care skills or working toward
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records
