- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Norwegian fluently to support clients in the Norwegian market.
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques (e.g., questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling).
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, as well as in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently meet quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Excellent thought leadership skills within the digital marketing space.
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering positive customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
