Process ManagerI am currently working with a well-established and growing manufacturing client who is looking to hire a hands-on, practical, and driven Process Manager to join their team in County Monaghan.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys improving how things work, solving day-to-day problems on the production floor, and making sure targets are met or exceeded. Ou will play a key role in helping the plant run more efficiently, safely, and smoothly.

Duties:
As the Process Manager, you will be at the heart of the production team, focused on:
  • Making sure production lines hit their targets for speed, efficiency, and quality
  • Looking for better ways to manage materials, reduce downtime, and speed up changeovers
  • Working with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to solve production issues
  • Leading or supporting improvement projects, from small tweaks to bigger changes
  • Helping to train operators and new staff so they understand how to safely use equipment
  • Carrying out safety and risk checks around the plant, and following up on any actions
  • Keeping key production data, dashboards, and KPIs up to date
  • Supporting new product trials and working with the Product Development Engineer when on-site
Skills:
  • A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with continuous processes
  • Knowledge or experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (like 5S, SMED, SPC, or FMECA)
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach and the confidence to work directly on the production floor
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Risk assessment training is a big plus
  • Six Sigma or Lean qualifications (desirable but not essential)
