Finishing Foreman/ Manager - Dublin City

• Attending daily briefings.
• Overseeing site operations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and other labour workers.
• Manage plant and labour returns.
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site.
• Maintain H&S records.
• Ordering and following up on site material deliveries.
• Liaise with site manager and subcontractor regarding programmes and coordination.
• Implementation of daily and weekly programmes together with the issue of programme

• Ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of quality standards.
• Attending site meetings as required.
• Maintaining site diary recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping

• Ensure compliance with Building Standards and DBL Quality Management System.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Experience with an Irish main contractor is desirable.
• Proven track record of long-term commitment within previous
