KildareSalary: €18 - €20 per hourHybrid WorkingMy client is seeking to appoint a Part Tiem Bookkeeper on a permanent basis.The candidate will need to work 3 days per week, but the client is flexible on how the hours are worked.Experience using Sage Payroll, Brig books and Dext would be distinct advantageA good working knowledge of Excel is required for this role.Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing a weekly payroll for 50 employees
- Dealing with all Payroll queries.
- Preparing monthly payroll reports
- Managing the Debtors and Creditors
- Closing off the ledgers at month end
- Reconciling the Debtors and Creditors
- Preparing month end accounts for external accountant
- Bank Reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- Dealing with all general accounts administration
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Payroll and Bookkeeping
- Experience of using Sage Payroll, Bright Books & Dext would be an advantage
- A good working knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills
