All our job offersare open to persons with disabilities.Reference 2025-100453Publication date 17/06/2025Job descriptionBusiness typeTypes of Jobs - Risk Management / ControlJob titleInsurance Risk Analyst M/FContract typePermanent ContractManagement positionNoJob summaryCredit Agricole Credit Insurance (CACI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our Risk Management team in Dublin.The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the effective implementation of the risk management framework and internal control systems.This role will support transversally the Chief Risk Officer, the Operational Risk Officer, and the Senior Risk Manager in managing operational, investment, and underwriting risks as outlined thereafter.Risk Identification
  • Comprehensive identification and assessment of risks in accordance with Solvency II and CAA standards.
  • Contribute to issue risk opinions on significant business and operational developments
Risk Controlling
  • Implementation of the risk management framework at the level of operational policies, processes, and procedures, according to CAA risk management standards.
  • Maintenance of an effective and proportionate internal control framework for preventing, detecting operational incidents and/or excessive risk taking.
  • Effective implementation of the Risk Appetite framework and control that the agreed tolerances are adhered to.
  • Recommendations to the 1st line to strengthen the control environment.
Operational Incidents
  • Ensure a fast and efficient response from the 1st line to operational incidents.
  • Track and monitor progress on remediation actions.
  • Report outstanding operational incidents to the management and governance bodies of CACI and to CAA Risk Management, as agreed with the Chief Risk Officer.
Risk Reporting
  • Report on risk management activities to the management and governance bodies of CACI.
  • Collect and report internal controls of CACI on both internal and outsourced activities to the management and governance bodies of CACI.
  • Maintain and constantly improve the depth and relevance of the risk dashboard.
