Reporting to the Enterprise Risk Manager, you will assist in implementing and maintaining a robust Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & Reporting: Your role involves contributing to the production of risk reporting and assisting in the risk governance process for oversight committees.Risk Identification: You will be responsible for conducting 2nd line risk assessments and reviews while ensuring regular follow-up on improvement actions.Monitoring & Assurance: The position entails performing risk monitoring and assurance activities to ensure risks are effectively identified and managed.Engagement & Training: You will take the lead in supporting the 1st line in adopting risk tools and developing training materials to enhance the effectiveness of the ERM framework.Required Skills & ExperienceEducation: Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or IT.Experience: Previous experience in a 2nd line risk function, audit, compliance, or finance is preferred.Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of the regulatory environment; knowledge of insurance regulation is an advantage.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills with a motivation to deliver in a results-focused environment.Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
