
Operations Support Engineer

- We use end-to-end monitoring to ensure smooth running of our services
- Work use Jira for ticket and incident management
- We work with internal teams and external vendors to assist with open issues and incidents
- We craft custom utilities to automate tasks and improve the team's efficiency
- We performing ad-hoc data analysis across a variety of databases and data sources
- We deploy airline in-flight services and configurations to on-site hardware for testing
- We work in Salesforce and Kevel to support the Advertising and Sales teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Superb communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and JSON.
- Proficient in using Linux systems and working in a command line interface
- Ability to script for task automation, preferably with PHP.
- Ability to query SQL databases such as MySQL and Snowflake.
- Proficient in solving problems with web-based applications and systems, familiar with web browser console/developer tools.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and incident management abilities.
- Experience in operational support and managing incidents involving external partners and internal teams
- Quick learner with a deep understanding of complex, interdependent systems.
- Capability to analyse and integrate data from various sources, including logs, databases, and API responses from third-party applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Some past experience with Jira and Salesforce
