- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize resident care and safety.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback, training, and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments, including medical, therapy, and social services, to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Manage nursing budgets, resources, and supplies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers, addressing concerns and promoting open communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, research, and innovations in elderly care, implementing relevant changes to improve services.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Management qualification
- Strong understanding of long-term care regulations, quality assurance processes, and infection control practices.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
