- Support the execution of the Collection's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement and direct revenue growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of annual marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing activity across key channels including paid media, SEO, social media and email marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance and implement data-led improvements to maximise ROI, conversion and digital channel effectiveness.
- Support initiatives designed to strengthen the direct booking channel and optimise the overall digital channel mix.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across the hotel collection, supporting seasonal launches, partnerships and key trading periods.
- Develop campaign messaging that reflects the tone, identity and luxury positioning of the brand.
- Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.
- Support wider brand marketing initiatives including partnerships, PR collaborations, events and promotional activity that enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to identify marketing opportunities that support both brand visibility and revenue growth.
- Oversee website content management across the Collection's digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation (CRO) audits to improve user journeys and booking conversion.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Support optimisation of booking engines, promotional campaigns and digital offers in collaboration with the revenue team.
- Ensure website content is structured and optimised for emerging AI-powered search and generative discovery platforms.
- Manage the email marketing calendar and execution of targeted campaigns designed to drive guest engagement and repeat bookings.
- Support initiatives to grow the customer database while ensuring GDPR compliance across all marketing activity.
- Analyse CRM performance and optimise segmentation, targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the development and delivery of marketing and brand assets across both digital and print formats including hotel menus, promotional materials, brochures, sales collateral and internal communications.
- Work closely with the Content Creator and wider marketing team to plan and deliver creative assets required for campaigns, hotel promotions and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
- Support the creation of HR, recruitment and employer branding materials where required.
- Where appropriate, assist with the adaptation or development of marketing assets using established brand templates and guidelines.
- Ensure all creative outputs maintain a consistent visual identity and premium brand presentation across the Collection.
- Deliver digital performance reports analysing website traffic, campaign performance and booking conversion.
- Monitor competitor activity and digital trends within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance digital performance, guest engagement and revenue growth.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management and performance marketing.
- Experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle or multi-property environments is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital channels including SEO, paid media, social media and email marketing.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and email marketing systems.
- Proficiency with website CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting tools.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and the ability to work with designers or adapt marketing assets where required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- A creative thinker with strong aesthetic judgement and brand awareness.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on performance and results.
