Job Description:We are recruiting for the role of Bar Tender to join our bar and restaurant team on a Full Time basis in the Cork International Hotel.If you love working in a guest facing role, engaging with our guests, do your best work as part of a tight knit team, and relish the challenge of a buzzing environment then this role is for you.The main duties will include:· Serving food & beverages to guests in the bar either table service or bar service· Making time to engage with and chat to guests, giving advice on local attractions, facilities in the hotel.· Helping other team members, working as part of a team for set up, service and close of service· Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure the guest dining experience meets their expectationsThe ideal candidate:· Previous experience in Food or Beverage service role in hotel would be good but not essential· Warm, positive personality with genuine interest in guest care· Team player and also willing to use own initiative when neededBenefit
