- You will translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, designs, and prototypes and assist with the implementation of designs by collaborating with developers, ensuring design meets objectives.
- You will develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across multiple product teams.
- You will conduct user research and testing to validate design solutions and gather insights to inform future design decisions.
- You should be able to host workshops and ideation sessions
- You will ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for all users, incorporating principles of universal design where appropriate.
- You will collaborate with peers in the UX team, product managers, developers, and leadership to define and evaluate detailed product requirements and UX standards.
- You will contribute to our team’s iterative design practice, based on Agile and Lean methodologies.
- You will become knowledgeable of our products, intimately familiar with all aspects of the end-to-end user experience and the customers who use our products.
- You will model a user-centric design process in all work, advocating for customer experience and data-informed decision making.
- You will define and incorporate interaction and visual UI (User Interfaces) patterns for consistency within and across products.
- You will proactively communicate with partners and stakeholders using Azure DevOps, Confluence, Teams, and other tools as appropriate.
- You will conduct usability testing and use other qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive and evaluate designs based on the strategic vision for the product.
- You should have at least 5 years’ experience in UX design or related field with an emphasis on enterprise-level products.
- You should have a strong portfolio that highlights a deep understanding of UX design principles and a proven track record of delivering successful solutions for complex, enterprise-level products.
- You should possess strong experience working with Figma to create visual designs, interactive prototypes, and version control.
- You should have experience creating and maintaining a design system and reusing its components consistently across products.
- You should be experienced in gathering both qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions and prioritization.
- You should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You should have proven technical competence and ability to quickly learn new complex technologies in the IT industry.
- You should understand the software development process and experience working closely with engineering teams.
- You should be highly analytical with strong attention to detail, a risk mitigation mindset, and exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
